Ripping up your existing tiles means jackhammering up the tiles and the dry adhesive underneath, to give a smooth surface to re-tile onto. This kicks up a LOT of dust and your home will more often than not require a professional clean after the job is completed.

FURNITURE
Your furniture will all need to be removed from your home whilst the work is being carried out. You will also need to find alternative accommodation whilst the tiles are being ripped up and re-laid.

WET AREAS
Any tiles in wet areas that need to be ripped up will also need to be re-waterproofed- another cost to factor into your budgeting. With tile injection there is no need to rip up tiles and no need to re-waterproof.
